Dr Claire Mc Gleenon is proud to offer tooth straightening with Invisalign clear aligners.

After an initial complementary consultation with Bradley, our Practice Coordinator, who will take you through what the treatment involves, Dr Claire Mc Gleenon will then see you for an “orthodontic assessment”. This this appointment she will assess your suitability for treatment, your teeth and your aesthetic goals. She will take a 3D scan of your teeth to allow us to plan a 3D projection of what your smile will look like. After a few weeks your aligners will be ready to fit.

Clear aligners are a series of clear plastic aligners that progressively straighten your teeth, each aligner is one step closer to your straightened smile. They must be worn full time day and night, they can be removed for eating and drinking, which means no changes necessary to your normal diet. Treatment time can be as short as a few months, on average is 6-12 months.

After the course of treatment, you will notice a huge difference in your smile and you will only need to wear retainers a few nights a week, to keep your teeth from returning to their original position.
